"Our stay in Amish country was nice. The cottage was clean and well decorated, but could use some updating. The location was nice and quiet, as it was not in the center of town. We did have issues with people accidentally trying to get into our room in the middle of the night and the fire alarm going off, very loudly and abruptly waking us a couple hours after we had gone to sleep. We still lived having a space that was just ours, not sharing a building or walls with other people. "

"Girls weekend! Loved all the details of the home ! The kitchen was adorable and comfy table with gorgeous views . Living room had fireplace that was gorgeous. Great instructions throughout to help with fire , lock door, etc . Beds were incredibly comfortable . Bathroom had extra supplies if needed and loads of towels . Would definitely stay again ! "Great to be back in Gretna; I lived there until 2023 and the friends I was with on this stay had all visited in recent years. We're high school friends in our 80s and we had a great time in this cottage and walking around the Chautauqua. The nicely appointed kitchen served us well for most meals but we also visited and can recommend the Blue Bird Inn."

"Property was as described just lacking additional information. The property was just as pictured with the exception of access to the bedroom. The steps to the bedroom are very narrow and steep with a difficult landing at the top. Coming down the stairs takes some cautious negotiation as the railing does not go to the top of the stairs.
