"Easy checkin, room was tidy and clean. We had one of the ground level rooms facing the back street with a generous deck. Bed was comfortable, however felt the towels could be better quality and size. The Duke restaurant is amazing, fantastic views and good food and wine menu. Beautiful historic building at a prime location so would stay again,"

"Quick and easy check in for our three night stay. Our room was downstairs with a sea view but we had a lot of road noise as we were the closest to the road. The room was spacious and had everything we needed although will be better once refurbished which I understand is a work in progress. The bathroom is a little small and the fan which comes on when the light is turned on is very noisy.
