"Upon arrival at this property, we thought.. ‘wow, we struck gold with this place.’ The views were nothing short but amazing. The house was clean and updated. They had everything we needed. The coolest part is that you’re able to walk down to the beach, and across to the famous Cala Deia restaurant. Too bad it was closed while we were there though, but nonetheless, it was a treat. We hiked up through the trails and found the most beautiful sunset.Anne Marie and Elena are the best hosts!! We asked for recommendations of places to eat, and Anne Marie took the time to researywhich places were open (we went during Dec holidays, so most places were closed). When we first arrived, Elena met us at Deia supermarket and showed us the way to the property. Thank goodness cause it would have been tricky for us to find. Elena was also gracious enough to show us around the property. All in all, we give them 10 stars. We are so grateful we found this property."

"We chose this property for our stay in Mallorca because of the view and it did not disappoint! We loved the view of the sea and also the view of the mountains. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the patio one evening when we were home! One morning we enjoyed a beautiful rainbow after it rained out at sea! The house itself is beautiful and was super clean. Beds were very comfortable as well. There was plenty of room to spread out and hang out and relax but we spent most of our time on the patio outside. The location is outside the town of Deia but walkable- there are some steep hills returning to the house from Deia and we were delighted to find there were taxis in the town to bring us home after dinner - so we got the best of both - lovely walks into town (downhill) then taxi back! We initially arrived very late at night and Rosa our host was very accommodating - she sent great directions regarding getting to the house and also getting IN to the house- she left all the outside lights on and the front gate open which was really nice. The only problem we experienced was not related to this property directly - but there was a neighbor a few homes away that was burning their yard waste and the smoke was blowing our way which impacted us being outside. From what we understand , it is only permitted certain times of the year. If we had known this we might have changed our dates. It wasn’t all the time but a few times we had to come in because of the smell. "

"Spacious house, everything you could need for a two week stay with two young babies there (including cribs / high chairs / kids cutlery / all cooking utensils / blender for making purées etc). We love Deia with a walk to the beach from town and short drive to Soller and Port Soller. Courtyard was perfect for our toddler to run around without too many hazards. Incredible location right next to La Residencia and short walk to all restaurants/shops/old town. Sunset views from the balcony were gorgeous. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful, with a seamless check in/out. We’ve already booked our return for Easter. Will be repeat customers!"

"Great location. Plenty of amenities. The rooms felt modern enough, yet the building itself had a very typical Spanish architecture. More like a big house or mansion than a hotel. They have a terrific, private, ocean front/beach area. The bus will take you down there three times a day. Plenty of lounge chairs and even a bar facility to enjoy. The only complaint would be the quality of the lunch and dinner that was available at the property- it is not all that great. That said, there is plenty of terrific dinning options in the area; either a short walk or drive away. "
