"Came to CA for a concert at the amphitheater in Wheatland. Needed somewhere to stay for 2 nights and everything within a 30 mile radius was outrageously priced. This Bungalow was the only place reasonably priced so we took a chance. It’s less than 15 minutes from the venue. The surrounding neighborhood looked a little sketch upon arrival but we never felt unsafe the 2 days we were there. The bungalow was cozy and comfortable for 2 people. "Great location, home big and clean, parking area is limited in size. There was only 1 other vehicle there while we stayed so our Suburban was able to fit but if there were more than that we wouldn't have fit. Would like to have check out information either emailed from the host or left in the home. I had to go out to the actual listing to find the check out information under house details."

"Overall was convenient, well equipped, comfortable beds, and very clean. First night sleep was difficult due to noisy people upstairs. Next two nights were nice and quiet. Otherwise stay was great!"

"It's not a great neighborhood, but, I still felt safe and there is off street parking that comes with the room (no extra fee!) Everything was great - my only thought was that they need to invest in a hot water circulation pump. It took over 3 minutes before I had hot water in my shower. That is a LOT of wasted water. Also, perhaps move the smoking section away from the building. Every time someone went out to smoke, it came directly to my room. Otherwise, a decent selection for breakfast (continental - no hot food other than a waffle iron/toaster), comfortable bed, quiet - I would definitely recommend."
