The building is located in a fairly central location in Roanoke, and it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go during our stay. Our host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, and provided a great guide to Roanoke with food and bar suggestions we ended up loving! "Location was convenient to downtown, about a 10-15 min walk to the downtown main area. Neighborhood is slightly sketch but not terrible. Host was very quick with communication. The only mishap was the sheets didn’t seem to have been cleaned upon our arrival, found hairs/stains that should have been washed out with proper wash. Host was able to resolve the issue for most part by providing access to clean sheets. Would probably stay again for the right price point. Overall was a good stay! "

The staircase is a little daunting for anyone with a fear of heights, but we didn't mind. Off street parking was a DREAM in this area. Will definitely return for future family trips!"

"This is an unusual property. It is a reused building which is good but it is designed and updated very nicely. My unit would only fit 2 people at the most. It had a luxury dorm feel to it. It is secure and there are no stairs to climb. The location is great to quickly get almost anywhere in the Roanoke area. My host was very attentive and quickly answered any questions I had"
