"Locale was a great find in a wonderful area. The apartment/room was fully equipped- even did laundry while there. We found the check in and parking to be easy but you definitely have to be comfortable with accessing info online from your phone. The smells of food/cooking and pot smoking from other guest rooms did carry over into our room and the hallway. But it wasn't too bad. Unfortunately the big dealbreaker for us was the window shades. "The place misrepresented itself on Expedia because it’s more of an apartment building with weekly rates and not for tourists. The outside aspect is run down and dirty throughout with trash. There was a heavy smoke smell outside that penetrated to the rooms. Room was clean and free from roaches- but had a broken lamp shade, broken office chair and unbalanced dresser with cardboard under the corner. "

"The only thing I did not like about this place is for it to be an extended stay with a kitchenette and have no utensils or kitchenware was a surprise to me. I had to go buy my utensils and kitchenware. Other than that, it was nice and quiet. Clean. Lady in the office is very friendly. Maid was nice. People here are mostly quiet. Had no issues so far. "Was able to get a room on the 1st floor but immediately saw that the bathroom floor was wet. After having to live with a wet floor for 10 days, they finally figured out that the leak was in the plumbing wall behind the tub. "The roaches were the only down side to staying here. I went through an entire can of Raid and that's even with fogging the room out. Everything about the room was in satisfactory to great condition but the roaches will make the nices places be a bad experience."

"The host was very helpful and answered our questions and communication in a timely manner. The teens enjoyed the hot tub. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. There was only comfortable seating in the living room for 4 or 5, so more would have been nice. We would definitely choose to stay there again!"
