"The room image and the actual hotel furniture is different. All furniture is IKEA and the bed actually has broken slats. Did not have the chance to complain. The staff only comes to check in the guest and disappear. We complain no heater and no hot water for shower. No reply and after we came back to the hotel, they fixed it but made us worry the whole day. On the first night no hot water at all. We avoid the shower Was very unconfortable.
