"Pretty single room overlooking the Rialto Bridge, very comfortable. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Other staff the same. Entrance foyer is upmarket but the hallways to bedrooms could do with a freshen up. I really enjoyed my stay."

"We had another wonderful stay at Palazzo Veneziano, six years on from our initial stay for our anniversary. When we arrived they informed us they had a little surprise for us waiting which turned out to be an upgrade to the top floor with a bottle of Prosecco on ice on the table when we walked in, which was totally unexpected and was a great start to our celebrations. The staff were so attentive, providing great recommendations and being on hand for any queries we had. We had the best time and would recommend it to anyone wanting a romantic trip away to Venice."

"We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this well located hotel. Only steps from the famous Rialto bridge, water bus and gondola rides. The staff was excellent. They even arranged a free water taxi ride to Murano and paid our entry into the glass factory. The room is small but nothing to complain about."
