"Great place to stay for wat we needed it for. Did a 3 day scuba trip and it was simple and close to what we needed. Only hiccup was that the AC quit working, but they did everything they could to make it comfortable for us until it was resolved in the same day."

"House was very clean and fit our needs for the most part. Owner was very responsive and accomodative. Not having a dishwasher was a big downside since we did prepare most of our meals in the house. Ended up buying paper and plastic to save time on cleanup. Other than that I'd stay here again. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this house! It is more spacious then it looks and it is VERY well stocked from the towels, to kitchen to bedding. It is an older property but you will feel right at home. And you can not beat the location!!! We had absolutely NO issues and didn't have to contact the owner once during our 7 night stay."

"Would not recommend this property /.We did not hear from the agency on check-in, after entering we looked around. Smells musty. Kitchen faucet was ready to fall off. The door locks were not secure, looses knobs. When we came back from dinner the street area had police activity. We felt very unsafe we left the next day. Shame on the property owner."

"Inside of condo is nice and well appointed and stocked. Outside area and condo complex is quite rough. Riviera Beach is a low income city and it shows. The actual beach area is wonderful. We’ll do better research next time."
