"Place is nice! Nothing fancy. We were visiting our son and grandson and just need a place to sleep. This place served that purpose. It could use some updating but for the reason we were there it worked well. The host was very nice and responded to any questions quickly. If you are looking for a place without any bells and whistles, then this place will be a great choice! There is a pool for use, but we ended up not using. The only complaint that I have is the shower did not have great...

"I had a wonderful stay in WPB at Andrew and Laura's place. It is IDEALLY located just steps away from the intercoastal and very short drives to any location in the Palm Beaches. Very quiet and safe and the apartment is nicely appointed with some extra recreation perks as well (bikes, tennis equipment, and more). The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever had in a rental unit. Plenty of space for a couple or single. Check in and out was simple and communication with Andrew was excellent...

"This is a clean and convenient “Shared” crew Accomodation for working professionals. Clean, Quiet and well set up. Very affordable and within walking distance to the Marina or Waterside. Went for my morning runs as usual and didn’t feel unsafe, although area is a bit rough. Host is on point with cleanliness and very responsive in his management of the venue. Will be back. "

"When we arrived we had troubles with keypad. Could not park in driveway. They required street parking. We stayed 5 nights and only provided with 1 bath towel each.. also found a cockroach on our last night. There was only 1 small extra blanket.. we were told to be out by exactly 10am and the cleaning lady was right behind us yet we were asked to take garbage cans out to the road for them. Ive stayed at many vacation rentals and this was the least accommodating of all.."

"This place was perfect for me, I came to the area for Astros spring training and it was a great location, pretty quiet and clean. I felt safe. Loved the patio, although I wish I could've locked the gate from the inside for a little extra security (just being cautious as a woman traveling solo). I liked that there were folding chairs for the beach available and beach towels. The gravel in the driveway wasn't very suitcase friendly. Overall, I really liked this place and would stay here again. "

"We enjoyed the property and everything we needed was in the home. We enjoyed having coffee together in the private yard. The kitchen had a full size range and refrigerator. The kitchen was stocked with dinnerware, glassware and pots and pans. The king sized bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were more than adequate. The home is on a quiet street and the area felt safe. Thank you to the host for making the home inviting and comfortable. "

"The Half is beautiful on the inside as well as the outdoor spaces ( upper deck and lower pool area ). Brian is an amazing host who provided everything needed for the perfect getaway for my family and our dog. Brian spoiled us with an amazing choice of delicious homemade breakfasts delivered to our door each morning. The location is great and the neighborhood is beautiful. "Everything thing was tidy and the beds were comfy. The light for dining area didn’t work. And the dryer needed to be ran 3x. But other than that the pool and yard were encoring. The neighbor had a dog that liked to wake us up about six or 7 AM. He was just a little guy didn’t bother me too much. I would totally stay here again"
