"Overall the stay was good. We booked very last minute and the hotel reception staff were very accommodating. They are obviously undergoing a massive refurbishment but the receptionist was up front and honest and said that we could have a newly refurbished room as opposed to the refurbished room that we had booked. "The property is in very good condition. The staff is very nice, however they are understaffed, and I feel sorry for them. The entrance to the pool is not accessible from your magnet room key. You have to call one of the staff to open the door for you, which doesn’t make sense. Over all, it is my second stay here and I will be back again one day 😃"
