"This is a very old school unique motel right down to the key to open the door with the vintage key ring. I knew exactly what I was going to get when I booked it. It was great in the areas that matter. The property was clean and well kept and although the mattress was a little hard I slept like a baby. If needed I will stay there again"

"We stayed at the Log House for a family wedding weekend. It served the purpose and was close to the venue. The kitchen was well-stocked for multiple cooks to prepare a family dinner. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor porches and visits from the adorable house cat Grey. We had family members that were allergic to the cat so she politely stayed outside. The owner Floyd was attentive to our messages and needs. Overall it was a good experience."

"Yes, the property is small but there is room outside to enjoy the view. One big cavet .. in my opinion, this is a summer property. The floor is concrete and there is no central heading. The owner has a few rugs on the floor and a large space heater. It takes a good hour to heat the space. We left early as we were there in mid-October. The person who cleans it is lovely and very communicative. We would go again only in summer. "
