"This property met our needs when we needed to extend from hurricane evacuation. It’s a nice four bedroom (3 queens 1 king) two bath with a fenced in yard home. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 because of lack of description: 1 need to update and add more photos to the listing. It was as described but could use better photos 2 we were not given check in instructions until after 3 pm 3 we were not told until check in that pets needed to be in a crate when unsupervised but we didn’t bring any so one...

"Booked a stay. Did not receive any check in details. Reached out to host via phone call and text and host phone was disconnected. Reached out on VRBO and no response. VRBO tried reaching host 2 within a 5 hour period and no response. Check in came and went, no response from host until 2 hours after check-in where host canceled reservation claiming an issue with my age, which I am well above 18 years old. Poor business practices and horrendous communication. "

"The property was clean and in a good location. The chef was a separate fee and not included in the original amount. But, details were provided on how to contact the chef. The house was spacious with a great walking trail near by. Just need to correct the address to 1111 from 111, include extra tissue, and take k- pods for the coffee and be sure all remotes are working. Also, the ironing board was broken. And shower heads need replaced."
