"The hosts were very communicative and Jess met us on arrival. The space was clean and warm upon our arrival. When I told her that I was excited for the stay especially because there was a hot tub, she told me that the hot tub was not available thru the winter (I missed that disclaimer in their listing). I think she saw right away that I was disappointed. She and Dan then went over and above to make sure we could use the hot tub after all. They treated (shocked) it and got it up to temperature...

Initially there was an issue with our original booking, but after a brief conversation with the owner/property manager, she was awesome and went way above and beyond to make our stay great. "We arrived fairly late in the evening, instructions emailed from our host got us into the unit quickly and easily. Apartment is charming and as described in the listing. Our host Chan was available when we reached out, and checked in over email to make sure out stay was going well. The neighborhood is fantastic, with many options for dining at all times of day within easy walking distance - we did not need to move the car until we went to Minneapolis visit family. Would definitely stay again."

"Very clean older home with lots of charm. It’s been updated nicely and we felt safe and comfortable. Great location too. My only rec would be to update pillows on the bed (glad I brought mine from home. Pillows were very thin and no support). But this is not a major deal at all. Shower is great and amenities are nice. The host, Steve, was very helpful and even drove us to and from the concert! Property is situated on a beautiful serene lot, hummingbirds were abundant out on the deck, had coffee and pastries in the am prior to checkout. Great spot!"
