I went to this hotel for a staycation for my birthday due to them having a spa and it was close to my grandparents. My experience from the customer service to the, the view from the room, the room service was amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and even though I didn’t get to receive a pregnancy massage during my stay the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here for every staycation.

They did an amazing job helping celebrate my anniversary. The food at the Kenneth and breakfast from Ember and Ice was absolutely amazing. I will say the bed wasn’t made properly when we got there but overall nice experience. I would definitely recommend.
