Il palazzo del Settecento, di proprietà dello chef francese stellato Guy Martin del ristorante Le Grand Véfour, è stato appena ristrutturato e arredato con pezzi scelti e opere provenienti dalla collezione privata dello chef e della moglie Katherina.
