"My husband and I stayed at the Palazzo for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience throughout. Before we even arrived Salvatore was responsive with messages and arranging our late check in. He greeted us as soon as we arrived in the car and showed us to a parking space directly outside the property. The masseria is stunning and the rooms are very unique! My first thought was, is this a museum or a hotel!? It was marvellous. The 200 year old family artifacts throughout the room and the rest...

"We booked very late on the day of our stay but managed to find this very reasonably priced room. Room was a bit on the small side but very well presented, really nice sheets, proper hotel towels, super shower and all very clean. Bed (and pillows) very comfy, although again, a bit in the small side. Good value for money and in a good location, easily accessible to the old town. "

After having to find an alternative hotel, I was offered a refund for the first night, along with an apology. At check out, it was also agreed not to charge. When I chased up credit from hotels.com, the hotel confirmed I stayed one less night than planned but refused to credit. Nice!"

"Alessandra and her parents are welcoming hosts and have transformed the rooms of this modest Palazzo into en-suites with taste and quality materials. And the location is perfect. Unfortunately my stay was not as I had expected. Multiple reviews speak of the wonderful terrace, so when I was offered online to upgrade for a small cost to the room with terrace, I did so. Upon arrival however, it turned out the room I had reserved was without window, and with a “terrazzina” - a tiny space half-way up...
