"Very nice place in a quiet scenic area. Facilities are great plus dining is very personable. Deducted a star due to a front desk member who was rude to me during check in(plus couldn’t locate our reservation the supervisor stepped in and took care of us). Also,our door lock needed repair (the maintenance guy there was top notch and saved the day by fixing our door). Aside from our check in woes this is a very nice place to stay and will probably stay here again."

" I had accidentally made a reservation for the wrong day, but the desk clerk was able to accommodate me by replacing my double room reservation with two single room reservations for the corrrect day and didn't charge me any additional fees for what was truly my mistake."

"A pleasure to stay right in the middle of town near the concerts and the town and gardens! Breakfast was lovely each morning with pleasant staff. Some front staff, “patrick”? Not sure of first name Was especially helpful with securing taxis etc. "

"We spent one night at this wonderful hotel after biking for many hours. The whirlpool and swimming pool were wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent dinner and a generous breakfast. As I had a flat the caretaker helped us with pumping up my tire! This is a beautiful hotel in a very nice area. "

"Wir, meine Frau ,ich und unsere beiden Hunde, hatten eine sehr schöne Woche hier. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Sehr freundliche Vermieterfamilie mit zwei tollen Hunden. Die Gegend für uns war es insbesondere die Rhön lädt zu ausgiebigen Wanderungen ein. Hier waren wir bestimmt nicht das letzte mal."

"Room very clean and tidy with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were very nice and helpful bearing in mind that our German is very limited. Hotel is nicely situated with only a short walk in to town. Arnstadt has a beautiful old town centre with a great cafe opposite the Rathaus for afternoon coffee and strudel / ice cream sundaes etc . One of the few places open on Sunday. Nice place to stay for three or four days at least."
