"We loved our visit on Mike's boat! Perfect location on the river very near downtown. Walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The beds were super comfy. The water pressure excellent. It had everything you could need. Mike even left us some bottled water and coffee/cream. He was so helpful and met me at the boat to explain the different things you need to do. We would definitely stay again. "

"Mr Burnett never contacted us or responded to our inquiries. We attempted to get access information from him numerous times with absolutely no response. We were in the area for my Mom to have a tumor removed from her brain. We ended up having to find a hotel at 9:00 pm after a very long day in the hospital because there was no access to the boat. 5 STARS to VRBO who responded quickly and promised to refund our money. They also offered to find us accommodations but we had already done that. The...

"The house boat was very clean and well cared for. The marina was very cute. We were able to rent a 2 person paddle boat and had a ball. The stone baked pizza and winery less than a mile away was wonderful. Best pizza we’ve ever had. The Dam Whiskey corp on the property played live music Saturday night that we could hear from the boat. Overall just a lovely experience. We hope to go back!"

"Great property with a beautiful view. If you enjoy a relaxing getaway, this is definitely the place. Off the beaten path but close enough to stores to be able find anything you might need. The cabin was very clean and had a lot of amenities. Will definitely stay there again!"

"I booked this home on the assumption that the kayak was for a full sized person and not a child. So, if that’s important to you bring your own. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels and blankets. The home suited our family of 6 well. The back and Front porches were lovely. The side porch off of the master was not in good shape and we chose not to use it. "We had a wonderful stay at Bro Dave's Mountain home! The view was amazing and the proximity to lots of other attractions made the location perfect! We did a nice road bike ride around the block-8 miles and only saw 8 cars. Then we drove for 5 minutes into the state park and rode a nice easy trail, which was perfect. Chattanooga is just 20 ish minutes away, so you can eat at some really good restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the ac worked really well. Thanks Bro Dave!"
