"A quiet, clean, comfortable hotel that is close to a train station. There is a Carre Four express across the street. All of the staff were polite, helpful and willing to listen to my attempts as speaking French. A bit quirky with masks of Looney Tune characters on the lamps in the rooms. Only 4* for the are because the restaurant selections within a 10’ walk were not plentiful. I would definitely stay here again"

"The 1 bedroom apartment was really cramped and not very clean. When we got to the hotel they charged us an extra 12 euros for parking. The sofa bed was not set up. The bedding was not clean as i found hairs on the sofa bed bedding."

"A clean, well stocked bijou apartment in a fantastic location. Linking in with my sister and her husband we spent 3 nights in this lovely little hideaway and were delighted with our stay. A short walk to both the iconic port and the old town, the location could not have been better. A direct tram to and from airport was very handy. Alexandre was the perfect host. Would highly recommend for a short stay in Nice. "

"The property was as described, had everything we needed. Air conditioning was great and made for a cool apartment and escape from the heat. Lovely balcony to sit and enjoy the sun in the late afternoon. Great location for easy access to old town Nice, port and beach. Tram just a few steps away from apartment, but equally easy to walk to where we wanted to go. Obviously as the property was right on the tram line, you do hear a bit of noise from the trams and people milling around, but it didn't...
