"Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende schön. Die Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt war super, die Begrüssung ebenfalls. Die Wohnung war die bisher beste eingeräumte Wohnung, es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Sogar ein zusätzliches Bett wurde für unseren Sohn gestellt, ohne dass wir darum bitten mussten. Für die Kinder waren viele Spielsachen bereit gestellt, um den Aufenthalt zu verschönern. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder. Liebe Grüsse aus Davos "

"Nice people, and the basic food was good, comfort food. It hit the spot for us. However, the room left much to be desired. If those were sheets on the bed, it's not what I expect. They were more like mattress covers, and thread bare at that. I would eat there again, but I would not spend the night. Just being honest."

"Die Unterkunft (eher Wohnung) ist gross, sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet, und liegt nur ein paar Meter vom malerischen Dorfplatz entfernt. Kaum zu glauben, dass es trotzdem so ruhig war, dass wir mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnten. Da fällt mir nichts ein, was hätte besser sein können."

"Wir haben insgesamt 5 Tage im Glattbacher Hof verbracht und waren mit dem Aufenthalt sowie den gesamten Begleitumständen rundum zufrieden. Der Check-In verlief freundlich und zügig. Die von uns angemietete Ferienwohnung befand sich in einem einwandfreien und sauberen Zustand. Alle für den Aufenthalt notwendigen Utensilien waren vorhanden und es fehlte an nichts. "Came for a 3-day business trip. Location is really outside the city, but the tram is 5 min walk and the frequency is rather good. The property however is in poor maintenance condition. Also - its rather a nuisance that there is no front desk and that the owner is not always there. I imagine its less of a problem in longer stays but for a couple of days it was very uncomfortable. Even though its a low price guesthouse- my experience there was far worse than in similar price-range hotels in...

Great efficiently run hotel.

"Exceeded expectations by a lot. Clean, comfortable, large bathroom. Easy check in even when the reception is not manned. A bit of a hassle with parking, but worth it. Ask the hotel in advance for the parking instructions and any extras. They are very helpful. The city parking machine was only taking cash."

"I will definitely rebook my reservation for the Hilton Heidelberg when I return to Heidelberg, Germany. I stayed for my 2024 family Christmas vacation and enjoyed my stay here because of the staff, location and closeness to public transportation. The staff is pleasant, helpful, friendly, and always there to accommodate your needs. The breakfast was to die for with all of the options and the service of the staff was great. Be sure to include it in your reservation or pay daily. Charge per room, not per person. You won't regret it. Of course, all of the staff speaks multiple languages. The location is ideal to get to the DB "Deutsche Bahn" train station, Germany's regional and country to country long distance rail service. It is also close to the RNV public transportation system for trams and buses. It has a stop directly in front of the hotel. Many things you will want to see are within walking distance to the hotel. A shuttle is available to and from the Frankfurt Airport. Again, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Heidelberg, Germany. I was truly impressed with my stay.
