"My stay at the Radisson was good. Close proximity to the airport and downtown San Jose. The property room is big and clean compare to be being 30 years old. Cleaning service came every day to clean and provided enough towels each day. The staff were amazing, every single one of them. I was not too impress with the food, but that was not just the food at the hotel but the food in general. I would definitely stay at this hotel again "

"Nice new hotel. Comfortable and clean. We were not happy with the arrangement for pick-up at the airport. No listing for HGI although other hotels were named on signage; we had multiple people trying to hustle us to take rides with them. Thankfully HGI shuttle driver eventually showed up and explained to us that he'd be back soon to pick us up (the hustlers kept saying (lying) that it would take 45 mins for him to return). HGI should have very clear signage at the airport and they should proactively communicate with arriving guests to make sure to only take a ride with the HGI shuttle"

"We stayed here the days of our arrival and departure from SJO. Perfect for our needs. Super clean room and facilities. Recognizing they are far from town, they offer dinner and bar service in the evening. Having a nice cocktail and dinner in our room was a relaxing way to end our day."
