"The house was perfect for our family reunion. Large cozy living room to hang out and a hot tub as well. Kitchen was well stocked. The kitchen table only accommodates 6 but the property manager left a fold out table and 4 extra chairs to accommodate all ten of us. "

"Came for a getaway with 5 friends over July 4th. We had such a fun time and this house had so much character. We were there during a heat wave but the being in the shady woods kept the house nice and cool, and the surrounding nature was lovely. Would absolutely come back!"

My daughters enjoyed the hot tub each evening and we were only a few minutes drive into Guerneville. Communication with the owner was easy and very responsive.
