"Our group of 10 stayed at this house for a week. It is a lovely place and very well appointed and comfortable. However, there were many broken or non functioning aspects (outdoor lights, dishwasher, umbrellas, outdoor chairs..). We were able to fix several and it did not overly impact our stay. ".We enjoy staying near Geyserville and this property meets all of our criteria. It was a pleasant walk to town (or a very brief drive). "Lovely location. Beautiful yard. Wish we would have had more time to spend in the outdoor areas Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Few minor issues (nothing that affected our stay) with the home. Owners said they'd come the next day, but never did. We likely would stay there again if in the area."

This made it trying especially since we were travelling with small children, but the property manager did everything they could to help.
