"WE enjoyed our stay at Vanessa's place! It was clean, close to the beach, and walking distance to the grocery store. Vanessa was very responsive and checked on us throughout our stay. The only issue that we had was the internet connection and television wasn't stable. We would definitely come back!"

"This property was beautiful and convenient. We felt safe since the community is gated. It was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, and Uber rides to El Viejo San Juan, Condado Beach, and La Placita were all under $10. Our only minor issue, which wasn’t a big deal, was some ceiling paint falling in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom, likely due to humidity or normal wear and tear. "The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. Walking distance to Casita Miramar and the T Mobile District. "

"Loved the location and the pool. There’s some great restaurants nearby and the view is lovely. Some small cons to the property to be aware of: There is no direct beach access because the nearby road only allows guests to access that way. So you do have to take a slightly longer walk but it’s not terrible! The condo has a frosted glass door to the hallway, this allows a ton amount of light to come in at night! If you’re a sensitive sleeper do bring an eye mask. "
