"Lovely stay at this beautiful property. The interior is beautiful and room was updated and well appointed. Breakfast was fabulous with different stations. We enjoyed the dinner/concert experience as well. Reasonably close to restaurants, shopping, transportation and attractions."

"We loved everything about this property. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They allowed us to store our bags while we waited for our check-in time which was very convenient. The property is in an amazing neighborhood that has restaurants and shopping less than a 30 second walk. Our private room/with private washroom was located just off of a private street, so we did not have any issues with noise. Highly recommend!! "

"What a find! Centrally located in a "local traffic only" part of Lisbon. Surrounded by the livelyness of the city, this is a peaceful oasis in the midst of it all. We stayed in one of the one bedroom appartments in high season for a very reasonable price. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was included and excellent. The interior patio was lovely as well. If we make it back to Lisbon, I would rebook this in...

"It’s charming yes, it has the basics and it is in a great location. I had a lovely view of the gardens from my window. The room I stayed (Fernando) in must have had paper thin walls and I could hear everything in the next room, reception area, even in the breakfast room which was other side of bldg. If I had earplugs would have been better. Otherwise, it’s a nice place for the price. "

"Female staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Gentleman when I checked in was a bit condescending. Ignored first couple of snarky remarks but every interaction was the same. Location was easy to get to by Uber, Bolt seemed to be challenged with the address. Subway right around the corner. Definitely returning to Lisbon but this stay is a one and done."

"Staying at Casa Balthazar was a fantastic experience. The staff was very pleasant and outstanding in service. Concierges Uran and Paula were the best👍. Highly recommend it for its location as well. We could walk and see whatever we wanted. A bit expensive, but worth it. "

"We booked for 2 nights and ended booking for another 2 nights. Great breakfast, parking is a plus, and 5 min walk to the train station, 15-20 min to the main square of sentra. The hotel is old, very basic but it was clean, a good home base to visit sentra and lisbon. "
