Best Barra Location!
We stayed here a few times already because it’s beachfront and close to lots of dining options, groceries, and pharmacies. Comfortable room with king size bed and gorgeous views!

The hotel is not organized ever time you ask for Sam thing they has to send to two people people first them the give you a tower or any item ! The break fast has nothing ,no caputino machin , no toaster, everything is to tip !

I had to replace room keys twice as they won't open the door, finally, I was changed to another bedroom. Staff looked like overwhelmed. I paid for breakfast at the restaurant, it was not bad, but expensive for the quality and variety of food.

Internet NO funciona, el personal de recepcion no es amable, te cobran el agua caliente, te cobran para guardar maletas. La propiedad es muy buena, las habitaciones son muy buenas, en el restaurante se come muy bien, la ubicacion excelente,deberian mejorar solo los servicios al cliente para llevarnos una mejor experiencia, reserve desde expedia y nadie me ayudo desde la plataforma a solucionar mis problemas con el hotel nadie responde desde expedia para ayudar ante algun problema solo tienen un chat robot y no sirve

Viajamos a lazer neste final de ano, o hotel tinha muitos hóspedes. Elevadores no período da manhã no café sobrecarregados, então entendemos por ser pela época do ano. Limpeza dos banheiros, razoável. Atendimento no check In bem ruim.

Falta de respeito e consideração.
O Royalty Hotel possui excelente localização frente ao mar da Barra, na praia do Pepe. Uma ótima piscina externa com serviço de bar. Alguns pequenos problemas como chuveiro que dispersa a água, colchão de molas e estacionamento extorcivo de R$ 85,00 a diária, não são seus maiores problemas. O grande problema foi a falta de respeito com o hóspede no Check Out. Às 10:15h, recebi uma ligação da recepção para informar que minha diária vencia às 11 horas. Ao indagar qual seria a minha tolerância para deixar o hotel, fui informado que não havia tolerância e que o horário de 15 horas às 11 horas do dia seguinte esta afixado no site do hotel e que, portanto deveria ser considerado desta forma. Ou seja, o Royalty transformou uma diária que deveria ser de 24 horas em apenas 20 horas e se recusou a me dar alguns minutos a mais para que eu pudesse usufruir dos meus últimos instantes no hotel com a calma que eu gostaria. Em outros hotéis a diária é de 22 horas (14h às 12h) com tolerância de saída administrada conforme à necessidade do hóspede. Literalmente, fui expulso do hotel ao receber uma ligação às 10:15h da manhã. Sem contar a falta de sensibilidade do atendente da recepção que foi muito desrespeitoso com um hóspede de 68 anos.

O hotel é bom, mas cheio de pegadinhas que tem q ficar esperto. Começando pelo estacionamento que custa 85,00 e o check out q eh até as 11h (sendo que a maioria dos hotéis é até as 12h) e depois disso vc paga 300. Acho um absurdo um check in ser só as 15h e o check out as 11h. Normalmente eh entrada as 14h saída as 12h.

Ótima localização.
Ficamos no hotel 3 diárias, fomos com um grupo de 30 pessoas. O prédio está em manutenção de pinturas, acredito que, por esse motivo a limpeza do apartamento deixou a desejar. Nossa televisão não estava funcionando, solicitamos visita técnica, que foi atendida no dia seguinte, depois de repetirmos a solicitação. Trocaram por uma nova. Mas o que nos deixou indignados foi a cobrança de R$ 16,00 por uma água quente para o chimarrão, que deveria ser paga na hora, não podendo ser debitada juntamente com as despesas do apartamento.
