"Staff are well-trained and ready to accommodate guests' needs, and the amenities provided are very decent. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. "This hotel is in a good location right across the street from CopaCabana beach. There didn't seem to be much shopping nearby but there were some pretty good restaurants very close. You will need to take an Uber or taxi to get most places unless you have a tour pick you up. The hotel is older and shows it without much in the way of upgraded rooms. "We loved the employees. Everyone from the front desk people, concierge desk, the wait staff and the chamber maids. Everyone is friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and tidy. It would be nice if the ATM machine had smaller bills than 100. "

"All was perfect. The only problem was we make two reservations and one of those was with at breakfast and one was not we make all with breakfast and when we arrive, they tell us one was no plop "

"You can walk about two minutes and be at a little supermarket. But warning there are homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk. I did feel safe at night going for a beer and something to eat on the beach almost in front of the hotel. The staff is amazing"

"Honestly, the photos don't really do this property justice. I am a frequent traveller and found myself in awe several times during my stay. From the breathtaking views to the impeccable service and amenities, I have to give the Grand Hyatt an 11/10. I will be back!"
