"Be prepared to live out of your suitcase, no storage, very small casita. Lots of issues with hot water, due to being of grid. Long ways from San Pedro or secret beach so golf cart is a must."

"I found this property looking for a layover spot. The more I looked at the listing the more appealing it became so I added an extra night. So glad I did!!
