"The property is well taken care of and spacious. Had everything I needed. There are issues that are not within the Host's control. For example, it is right in front of a main road with no buffer between the road and the driveway so pulling your car in and out can be a challenge. This also means there's a lot of noise coming from the road so keep that in mind if your main goal is to rest. On the plus side, it's not hard to find and you have stuff nearby. "

"The property is as advertised. Beautiful place. Close to dining and shopping areas. So much to see and do in the area. The neighborhood looks a little ruff but we had no issues while there. It has a secured garage. We loved the rooftop view. Over all a great experience."

"The property is quite large and is a nice island house. The bedrooms have air conditioning and it seems like the house has undergone some renovations as many parts look new. The best feature of the house is the very large porch with multiple hammocks. We spent most our time here. The host was fantastic and ensured we had everything we need. The only surprise was the location. The map on VRBO is not correct and the home is further away from the city than indicated on the site."

"This is a lovely house and property in a quiet and scenic area, with an ocean view, and very close to main roads that lead to all the best that the north and west coasts of PR have to offer. But most remarkable is that Hiram and Lee are charming and friendly and generous hosts ( they are close enough in an adjacent apartment but very respectful of privacy) and are so attentive to details - that you feel very much “at home”.Which is just what we needed since this was a little “ staycation” for us...

"This palatial estate was soMuch more lovely and amazing than the description. You need a car as it’s quite far out. The pool was wonderful for the kids and the house is right on the beach. The bedrooms rooms and livingroom area are very big and luxurious. Stock up On everything before You arrive as it’s far from everything. A perfect multigenerational family paradise! "We had a family of 9 adults, an infant and a 4 year old staying for 5 nights in January. We had a small wedding (the other family rented a VBRO next to ours) on the beach with a reception held on the roof top of this home. They have 4 tables with seating for 24 plus a large outdoor sectional and a couple chaise chairs all on the roof top! The lighting was not the best but we contacted Javier and Lupe and they strung light all around which made it even more perfect. The 3 suites on the ground...
