"O dono não sabe o que significa profissionalismo, afirma ter problemas com recebimento de comissão por parte da Hoteis.com, e reclama isso com os clientes, como se tivéssemos culpa dos transtornos dele, fazendo com que se eu tivesse de favor la, fiz a reserva e paguei, se ele não quer ou não acha mais satisfatório a parceria com a Hoteis ele pode retirar facilmente o hotel dele da qui evitando transtornos maiores e estragar a viagem de terceiros, cafe da manha muito fraco, porém gostaria de...

"I really enjoyed my stay at Vivenzo. The hotel is very nice, clean and has cozy welcoming ambience. The room was great, it had a pretty view of the city and the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice too. The breakfast buffet had lots of healthy options. The hotel offers a little gym with few machines and coffee with delicious cheese bread at the reception in the afternoon. The staff was very friendly and kind. From the reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping, everyone was so caring, I really felt welcomed and taken care of during my stay. I ordered room service, the food was delicious and at a good price. The hotel is conveniently located near savassi, patio mall, and liberty square as well as many options for public transportation. Overall, it’s a great hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well located, and affordable stay in BH city."
