"The staff was amazing from day one! They were friendly at all hours of the day, always spoke and asked how it was going. Housekeeping even asked if I needed anything as they were taking care of other rooms. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable! There was some damages to the walls, but nothing that affected my stay. The hotel is pet friendly, but could not tell at all- it was unbelievably clean! It was convenient location to the river, and very walkable to other sights. Breakfast was mediocre, but something for everyone. Again, cannot express how clean the place way, and how kind the staff were! will definitely be returning to stay in Savannah! "

"Had an excellent experience from the moment we got to the front desk. We had been notified earlier in the day that the room might not be ready at the 4pm checkin time but we arrived at 3:30 and the room was ready. Charming lobby and room and guests were provided with wine and cheese from 4:30-6pm along with a piano player and welcoming staff. "

"After booking on the wrong day, I ended up having to get this hotel and it was wonderful. And the staff was wonderful from the valet to the front desk although they didn’t have room service we didn’t need it anyways, but if you’re looking for that, I wouldn’t book this hotel but they do accommodate you with the downstairs bar. You can get it to go it was great."
