"Nice simple hotel in a great area to eat out at night and good transport links across Paris. It is only 5 mins walk from Gare Saint-Lazare which has metro, RER & mainline trains. My only problem was a leaking shower that flooded the bathroom but it was only the hotel’s towels and mats that got soaked and the staff very kind and efficient when I reported the issue. "

"Very unique and authentic French hotel. Lovely staff who are always smiling and friendly. Loved the 24/7 desk as you felt really safe. Nice area with lots of cafes near by. So easy to access the metro around Paris. My only suggestion is a fridge in the room for our food and water, also a kettle would have been nice. However, you can get fresh hot water from coffee machine downstairs. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. "

"It is a budget hotel, bed was comfortable, shower is setup weird, had to stand in the hallway to get dressed, I traveled with my grown children. Lots of homeless people hanging around near the hotel although they didn't bother us. Its a rough part of the city. The hotel people helped the best they could. Skip the breakfast, not worth the $10. The milk was left out so long, it was warm. The hotel was clean and we had fresh towels each day. We used Bolt and the subway. Taxi's are supper expensive. Bolt is like uber, just download the app. They usually only accept cash.. There were a few night we had loud neighbor's but that's not the hotels fault..Safe travels..."
