"Favorite part of rental is secure gated backyard so dogs were contained and within sight while we were on the dock. And we caught a fish! Everything others say is true about this place. Enjoyed many local forest preserves to hike. Definitely would return"

"My daughter and I came down for my son’s wedding reception. The room was very nice, but no coffee pot. We have stayed before and were really surprised as to the price hike then we found out it was due to some maintenance repair for a company near by. If we wanted to travel miles away we could’ve gotten one cheaper, but didn’t want to do that. We actually booked months in advance my other daughter was here she got hers for 98 and I went on immediately after her and they were double."

"My sisters came from out-of-state to join my husband and I for a visit to see our son at Beloit College. We didn’t want a long drive home after dinner and wanted to visit the lovely Beloit Farmers’ Market the next day. This was a comfortable place to retreat and regroup. We particularly enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the deck the next morning. Very clean, good communication with host. "
