"In our 2-night stay we had no contact with anyone else at the hotel, but could hear othwr guests a little from our room. Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. Only complaint was the pillows, but this criticism can be levelled at most hotels, I guess they can’t use feather pillows for allergy reasons. Note to self, Will bring my own next time! "

"I love the refurbishment and particularly like seeing the black and white photo of Rod and Elton in the bath. Superb welcome by Owen on Reception when I checked in. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely chat with the lady serving breakfast. I asked if I could take the Hungarian chef home with me!! An extremely memorable breakfast. As Arni would say "I'll be back" Thank you to all the wonderful staff at The Dormy House West Runton Norfolk. The bed was huge and cosy - don't make me go!!"
