About a 20 minute walk to the falls which kept us out of big crowds and loud entertainment section so we could enjoy more of the local restaurants and shopping. "Great location for us away from crazy tourist area but still easy to access everything with the wego bus pass. Highly recommend dinner at Taps. Brian was super helpful, but the apartment could do with a deep clean, especially under the beds! Had to pull the sofa out to make it up for our daughter and found all sorts of yucky stuff. With a good clean though this would be a great place."

"The property is in a very quiet neighborhood and about 10 minute walk, if that, to all the major Niagara attractions. My wife and I walked almost everywhere we wanted to go to. The downtown Niagara area, also close by, is a great place to eat off the tourist path."

"We really liked the location away from the crowds. It was a 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill and little more to Falls. The one thing we really liked was the quiet at nighttime( unbelievably quiet) When we arrived we met Mike who was beyond gracious and very helpful. The apartment had AC, very very clean( very important to me),king size bed that was comfortable ( we walked 11 miles a day). Coffee maker and coffee grinds were perfect. Parking was behind building and safe. Overall a good experience."

"We are a couple in our early 60's. Our expectation was for a quiet and comfortable place to sleep after a busy day of exploring. Just a 13 minute walk to downtown, the building is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and the bed is very comfortable...we slept well. The rest of the furniture is not so comfortable, but we didn't spend much time there so it didn't bother us. For us it fit the bill and we would stay here again."

"This property is super convenient and is within 10 miles of the Falls and other attractions. The location is also close to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was safe as well. It was pretty clean but could use some pest control for spiders and a fresh coat of paint. Keep in mind there is only a tv in the living room, not the bedrooms. Overall i was quite satisfied and would recommend this rental."

"We got a room on the 18th floor overlooking the falls and the views were stunning, which made the stay at this hotel worth it, although the facility is not state of the art nor had too many updates. Nothing compares to seeing the falls from top at any given time of the day and in any weather condition. "
