We wanted to check out the lake, but didn't realize that they drain it after Labor Day. So we just spent a relaxing couple of days there. If you go, check out Alfredo's restaurant. Their subs and pizza are delicious."

I got a text from the owner of the house the day of check in asking if we had a 4WD vehicle as the road goes unplowed usually. Luckily, we had AWD and snow tires so we were okay.
