We had a great time at this location. Close to everything and very clean. Had everything that we needed. Very comfortable beds. Made us feel like we were at home. Will definitely try to stay here next time in town.
This property is perfect for a driving visit to Richmond. Just across the river from downtown it is a very quick hop, skip and jump into the city center AND to the trending neighborhoods of South Richmond.
Myself, my dog and my three children enjoyed a lovely stay at this adorable and well stocked condo. I would definitely stay there again. Comfy beds, a lovely kitchen to cook in and a terrific location!
This was a perfect place to stay for the weekend as we were in town for a soccer tournament. Very close to downtown but far enough away so it was quiet and very convenient to all the highways as well. Christian made it a very easy check in process and was in communication with us before our arrival as well as checking in after we got there to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future when we come back to Richmond! Thanks for a great weekend stay!
Mother’s Day weekend get away was definitely enhanced by the comfy environment which had every thing we needed! Property Manager initiated communications at all the right times. Lovely neighborhood with many opportunities to meet folks as they walk their fur-babies under tree-lined side-walks.
Crazy cute, modern space that was quiet and very well maintained. Nothing but positives to say! Would definitely stay again, if in the area!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Aside from having to come in & clean a toilet (messaged host wasn’t addressed in the response) it was GREAT!!! Comfy beds, quiet, & located 6 miles from where we needed to be
Super cute, well-equiped, and super comfortable bed.
We had a very comfortable stay while visiting family. This was a new part of Richmond for us as we have family in the city, in western Henrico, and now in Chesterfield county. Lots of people out and about in the neighborhood. Apt had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. We would stay again!
We so enjoyed our stay. It was a great location to explore Richmond from. The condo was very comfy and had everything one would want while traveling. Spotlessly clean. The drinks and butter in the fridge were avery nice touch too. Would absolutely stay again!
I was in town with my parents to visit my sister and her family that live in Richmond. My father has Parkinsons, so having a place on all one level was wonderful. Plenty of space to cook, watch TV, and just be together as a family. Great communication from the owners. Will definitely keep this in mind for future visits.
We had a fabulous stay in the nicest Vrbo we ever stayed in. The accommodations were fantastic-sleek, modern, and clean. We took our small dog and felt comfortable walking her around the neighborhood. Christian was very helpful and made suggestions on sights to see/places to go. We highly recommend this apartment and couldn’t be happier with our stay!
We had a great stay here with our 1 year old son. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spotless when we arrived. Christian's communication was fast and reliable which we very much appreciated. The neighbors were young, friendly and respectful (no noise complaints from our sleeping toddler- phew). The neighborhood was quiet, felt safe and it was easy to park overnight. I hope some of the stores and restaurants come back; it was unfortunate to see the Hull St area has become a ghost town. We absolutely loved walking to Cafe Zata in the mornings for coffee and delicious food.
We stayed at this apartment when we dropped my daughter’s fiancé off at Ft. Lee for his AIT training after graduating boot camp. This apartment was perfect for our stay and was a perfect location for checking out Richmond! The apartment was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable!! The only issue we had was that Vrbo’s automated messages weren’t working so we never received instructions for checking out. More of an issue with Vrbo then the property owner. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to check out Richmond, VA!
This was our first visit to Richmond so we had no clue which neighborhood would be best for us but we really lucked out staying at Christian's. The off-street parking made it easy to hop in the car and five or ten minutes later be at the VFMA, Carytown, or Hollywood Cemetery. It would have easy to get to one of the battle sites, but for some of us the Civil War Museum was enough (it's definitely worth a visit for the folks who are not into the musket and bayonet stuff).
The apartment was one of the best we've stayed in. The appliances are new and everything works. The master bedroom was large, the bed was comfortable, and the walk-in closet was an added bonus. Because there was only the two of us, we didn't use the second bedroom but I'm willing to bet that bed is good too.
The best part of the experience was Christian. He was always available to answer our many questions, and he was very patient explaining to an old Boomer how a Nest thermostat works.
All in all, our visit to Richmond was wonderful, and having Christian as our host was a large part of that.
We had a lovely stay. House was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Quiet neighborhood, great location and private parking behind the house.
Everything was great! The bed was super comfortable! The only drawback was no tv in the bedroom, otherwise everything was great! Would book again. Thanks
The property accommodated my family of three nicely. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The property is simply beautiful with a minimalist feel, not too much “stuff” or clutter. It’s close to a must try restaurant, The Croaker Spot which was simply delicious. However, there were a few things to note that kept me from giving it a perfect rating. The furniture, sofa specifically, is very uncomfortable. It’s very low to the ground and accommodates two people max. The front porch had seating but it was too dirty to utilize and there was nothing available to clean it in the event we wanted to sit out on the porch. Spider webs and debris was enough to not even consider it. Towels and wash clothes were grey in color but they had been bleached. It was time to replace them. We went out and purchased our own. The only thing that would keep me from staying here again would be the comfort of the front room furniture.. after a long day out in the city, being able to just chill and rest comfortably is important.
