Its within walking distance to everything in downtown hisrotic savannah but on a quiet street.we did have a plumbing issue during our stay but the property manager responded right away and handled the issue to our satisfaction. "We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs in Savannah and this one is a winner! We will stay here again. The location is great! 1/2 a block off Forsyth Park and on a quiet street with free parking! We walked everywhere, which is always the plan. The house was impressively set up with everything we needed and some welcomed surprises. Fully stocked kitchen, a scale to weigh food, some spices, coffee filters (and some coffee left from the previous renters) - which we paid forward. Comfortable beds. Thank you!"

"Everything was very modern. Very clean and spacious for my family. Woodwork is stunning, this house was gorgeous. "

"We had a wonderful week in Savannah. The house is comfortable and perfectly located in the heart of the historic district. We had a few issues with light switches--they are not in obvious places. But when we sorted it all out, with the help of Kathy, property manager, it all worked well. "

"Perfect location- The cottage was clean. Unusual to find a three bedroom with three baths in downtown. On street parking was not a problem for us. Would stay at the cottage again."

"Our stay went well, all was as described. 4 star due to uncomfortable sleeping conditions; bring your own pillow. Heat worked too well upstairs and very little downstairs. If we turned heat on we would suffocate upstairs. So we froze downstairs so we could sleep a bit more comfortably. Would recommend owners to invest in electric fireplace to knock chill off downstairs. Also it was a bit noisey for front bedroom in the morning during the week. Love Savannah, visited from Florida multiple times. "

"We had the most amazing stay! The home was very clean and just like the photos. They go above and beyond by providing essentials as well as extra toilet paper, trash bags and detergent. Mike was very prompt to respond and the perfect host. We lived the games and puzzles in the family room to enjoy during unplanned activities. "Clean. That is always most important to me. Located on a busy street so if you are a light sleeper that might bother you but it didn’t bother us. "

"Overall a great stay for the few nights we were in town. It was very easy walking distance to multiple restaurant options as well as shopping. We enjoyed the charm of the decor and older furniture. Be careful of the 3rd and 4th step on the stairs; they can be tricky. The TV is a bit challenging to use and the free WiFi was very slow, but you’re in Savannah and you should be out checking out the sights anyways! Word of caution if you have a vehicle: metered parking is the only option...

"This house was adorable and so convenient to many downtown locations but on a quiet street. The owners were very communicative and check in process was smooth. We had small children and home was great for them as well with fenced in yard. Overall highly recommend!"

"Lots of space with four bedrooms and two baths. Lots of TVs, great outdoor area for grilling. Quiet, even though it is in an actual subdivision, the house is on a cul de sac and backs up to a wooded area. Great for large group or family!"
