"Very cute old house. Great location to restaurants and parks. Needs maintenance in a lot of areas for the house. Back yard could be very nice however unmaintained yard so there is no yard at all. Outside of all the windows is very dirty making it hard to see out of them. Old mattress in both rooms are very uncomfortable. Les is great at communicating with us before and after checkout. A good outside cleaning checking for small repairs, cleaning up the yard for guests and replacing old worn out...

KeyOpp Property Management was very responsive whenever we have any issues, especially with Wi-Fi. Lawrence was also a great host. This apartment is clean and quite spacious for a one bedroom.
