"This was a last minute booking and it was absolutely amazing. The room looked just like the photos, so beautiful. Hotel is secure and really clean. The 2 ladies at the reception were so warm and friendly. Giving a 4 star rating because there wasn’t any luggage trolley and I had to get all my suitcases to my room by myself.
