The historic home, built in 1828, is located within close driving distance to a wonderful assortment of sport, play, art and eateries. Just inside of your private entrance, the large custom kitchen is equipped with all of the appliances you will need to feel right at home. Take time out to enjoy the lovely plantings and flowers in the fenced in yard. A gas grill just outside the kitchen is awaiting the "grill master" in your family. The side porch is a perfect place to welcome the day with a cup of coffee, or to wish upon a star as the day dims to night. Our evening sky is so pure, and brilliantly lit by splendor and starlight. Guests have full access to the internet, fenced in side yard, flower gardens, outdoor fire pit, side porch, gas grill and parking.
The house, consisting of 3,000 square feet is open and airy, large enough to stretch out with plenty of space on floor one, two and three. The beautiful winding staircase off the living room leads to three, second floor bedrooms; a master en suite; two bedrooms with a shared full bath; laundry room and large third floor bedroom with full bath. You can also gather in close with cozy couches in the living room or by the hearth of the fire, inside or out. The fenced in yard provides lots of green space to play fetch, throw a frisbee or relax and share the highlights of the day.
