Morgan Farm - Built in 1991, this well-kept vacation home has a spectacular valley view. This ranch house has an open spacious floor plan that includes two living rooms.  The owner maintains a large yard, suitable for practicing your fielding skills.

The vaulted ceilings and skylight fill the kitchen and dining area with natural light. Morgan Farm has 2 large flat screen TVs - 1 in the living room and one in the den. Enjoy the beauty of upstate New York as your ride along Canadarago Lake and through the rolling countryside. This is very reasonably priced to compensate for the drive time to the Dreams Park.

Perfect House for Baseball Families
This house was perfect for our family traveling to Cooperstown for our son’s baseball tournament. Spacious and exceptionally clean! About a 28 min drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Close to restaurants and downtown Cooperstown where we were able to visit the Hall of Fame.

Tara Morgan Farm was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the deer and woodchucks in the field behind the house. It is in a rural area so bugs are also abundant. There was plenty of room and supplies for 6 people.

Morgan Farm is a Wonderful Place to Stay!
We just checked out today after a week's stay. Morgan Farm is a very nice home that is well kept with many nice amenities. The rooms are nice and roomy. Two bathrooms made it very nice to get moving in the mornings. The drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park was only 20 to 25 minutes, so that wasn't bad and these accomodations made it worth it. Owners gave us complete privacy (the house sits on the hill behind their home). We were just sorry that our schedule kept us from meeting them, but we want to thank the Donnelly Family for providing so many nice touches that made us feel at home there.

Nice large home with plenty of room and privacy.
The owners live on the same property in a second house. It is far enough away that they do not bother you. You have all the privacy you would expect. The home itself is a split bedroom design. One bedroom/bath on one side of the home. Two bedrooms and bath on the opposite side of the house. Also has two living areas. Another bonus - Within a halve hour from Cooperstown or Cooperstown Dream Park.
