"Great location near a couple of DART stations and downtown Plano. House was very clean and roomy inside. Back patio is huge and well covered but we chose to move the chairs to the yard to enjoy the night. TIP FOR THOSE THAT COME AFTER US: bring some bug spray. The mosquitos are vicious. We picked some up at the gas station and left it for the next guest. Great place and location. We will definitely look for it next year. "

"The house was very clean and super accommodating for our group. Only complaint was the owner came back to the house after we had been there for an hour and said he needed to fix something and turned the filter off. Not sure why he did this but we would have liked it on while we were there."

"We were greeted with a large cockroach. Do not trust the photos online, the place is a dump. Mattress/bed frame broken in one room. Cabinets falling apart. Outlets loose, floors covered paint, dryer vent was not attached to outside wall, lint in dryer was over flowing. Pool had debris and not treated. All tiles outside the house are broken and trip hazard. I asked to get out of my contract within 15 mims of being there. They would not allow it. DO NOT waste your money. "

"overall it was a nice stay, it was very spacious and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. It was close to a lot of places like groceries and restaurants and a nice park with paths to walk. There were several little things that needed attention that would've made the stay a lot better. Lots of lights in the main bedroom and bathroom weren't working, we had to buy hangers because there wasn't a single one in the house. and for a house that can fit so many there's only a tiny coffee maker, so we had...
