"We planned a trip to Cottage Grove to do some cycling with friends. We did a total of 3 rides, one starting in Cottage Grove on a route to see the covered bridges. It was awesome.The home is situated across a road from Cottage Grove Lake. The front porch with gas fireplace was located facing the lake, which made for a beautiful and peaceful view of the lake, especially in the morning as the fog receded from the lake.The sauna was nice. "Funky and very rural setting outside of your typical redneck / hippie Oregon town. Lots of big trucks & trailers — and three bookstores and several good restaurants in the cute historic downtown of Cottage Grove. The yurt was very comfortable, just keep in mind you are in a farm. "
