"We booked through Expedia with no problem and received the usual confirmation email. When we turned up we found that the hotel was closed for the season. Nothing else was open in the area. We had to drive over 2 hours to Toulouse, arriving minutes before the 6pm curfew. Luckily the first hotel we found was open and accepted pets. I called Expedia and was told that hotels are meant to notify them if they are closed, even for one day."

"Nos alojamos con 7 amigos durante un fin de semana largo y disfrutamos mucho de la casa. la propiedad es hermosa y perfecta para un grupo. ¡Nuestro favorito era la gran piscina fresca de manantial de montaña! La anfitriona fue muy amable e incluso nos trajo tomates y pepinos frescos de su jardín. Antes de irnos, recorrió el resto de la enorme casa que también se puede alquilar. "The people at the reception desk were incredibly nice and polite. The breakfast was really good. The area is good also with a nearby town that has a lot of dining options. Just be aware there is a large deposit that you have to put on the room and a lot of rules such as cleaning the entire apartment before checking out or you will lose a portion of the deposit depending on what you didn’t do.
