Carmen was very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome and gave us all the privacy we needed - the perfect host. A thoroughly relaxing time and a great location for exploring nearby towns like Braga, Aveiro and Porto. A wonderful place to stay!"

"On top of Porto being a great getaway spot, this rental was probably the best that I have ever stayed at. A truly brilliant renovation to a building with 4 impeccable rooms each with an ensuite. A great kitchen and common area as well as a private backyard. Fernando was a great host who pointed out all of the area amenities within steps of the front door. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. "

"The Yellow House was clean and comfortable. Paulo’s mother was lovely, greeting us and pouring us port to celebrate our arrival. She kindly showed us the basics of our place, and even walked us down the street to show us where to go and eat. Fado Portuguese was so close, great food, wine and live Fado. Be healthy and reasonably active…lots of hills to climb here, but so much to see."

"It was a very nice stay. Friendly hosts. Clean and comfortable home nice shared green space. The beach and board walk was great and led to awesome restaurants in both directions. The only down side is it is a little isolated with out a car but there is a bus near by and taxis are available and under 10 euros to get to town "
