"Overall it was ok, decorations were nice, however Dining options at the hotel were not as much available. Menu has few options when is not regular time for breakfast. Also staff had mixed attitudes: I was told there was no room service, after requesting more bathroom rug. However the other front desk staff saw me at the elevator and offer to bring the rug to the apartment. The check in wait time was longer than I am used to. About 25 min Long"

"Uma sugestão: como é dito uma suíte para família com bebê, ter a opção além do berço também de uma banheira para bebê. Auxilia bastante e dá mais comodidade. O mesmo digo sobre o cadeirão de alimentação. "

"Nossa estadia foi boa, os funcionários muito solícitos. Melhor café da manhã que vi nos últimos anos em hotel desta categoria. Produtos extras no hotel são caros. Manutenção do hotel não estava perfeita mas atendeu o que precisávamos. A área da piscina alegrou a galera, mas precisava de mais higienização. Recomendo."
