"The hotel is located in the city center, facility is old, the bathroom door is very noisy. Limited resources, they couldn't lend a hairdryer. And when they could there was nobody that could bring it to the room. Lifts take ages to come. The staff on the other hand, do the best to assist you with what they have. The breakfast was good and professional."

"Overall it was ok, decorations were nice, however Dining options at the hotel were not as much available. Menu has few options when is not regular time for breakfast. Also staff had mixed attitudes: I was told there was no room service, after requesting more bathroom rug. However the other front desk staff saw me at the elevator and offer to bring the rug to the apartment. The check in wait time was longer than I am used to. About 25 min Long"

"O hotel está precisando de reformas! As portas do banheiro toda com a madeira lascada. As camas só c um lençol! Sem conforter! Banheiro bem apertado! Elevador barulhento e em um dos dias ficou pessoas presas no elevador da esquerda na recepção do hotel! O atendimento é impecável! Tanto na recepção quanto no restaurante e no valet de carros! "
