"Covelo-Original is exactly what a small guesthouse should be. Our stay was perfect. The Covelo is in the heart of old town and steps away from restaurants and just over the bridge is the religious centre. The room had everything needed (fridge, kettle, coffeemaker, all of which aren’t common in a POR room). Flere grupper af stole/borde udenfor, så man kunne sidde og hygge. Flinke værter. Morgenmad ok, men der manglede hele tiden noget (var der i 3 dage). I området var der gode afmærkede vandrerstier. "The rooms had an amazing view and the grounds were quite expansive and lovely. Ingrid and her husband made me feel so welcome, it added a personal touch to my stay. I noticed that there were many return guests, and I understand why. I hope to return some day too. It was a beautiful area to walk with my dog. And, the hotel is close to the city of Guimarães, which is an excellent day trip. It was a very relaxing stay, everything about it was perfect. "
